The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Ceasar Ruggeri can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

Condolence From: Tim Phillips
Condolence: Back in 1994, I had the honor of serving as Vice-Chairman with Ceasar, who was Chairman of the Naugatuck Sesquicentennial Committee. We spent of a lot of time together working on plans for the celebration of Naugatuck's 150th birthday. It was a joy and honor working with a man whose love for his hometown knew no bounds. We became friends due to this relationship and I know I speak for every Naugatuckian when I say he will be missed!
